Day 1

NJP/Bagdogra Airport To Shittong

Pickup from NJP/Bagdogra and proceed to Shittong. Natural view of Shittong will tempt your peace of mind. After freshen up you will have lunch in homely atmosphere. After that you can take a little tour of the village. At evening enjoy snacks with hot tea. Dinner at Homestay. Night stay at Shittong.

Day 2

Shittong To Takdah

After morning breakfast proceed to Ahaldara, Maldhiram Tea Estate, Jogi Ghat, Namthinng Lake, Orange Garden. After that proceed to Takdah. Lunch will be served at Homestay. After lunch explore Takdah local (i.e. Forest, Village, etc) by walk. Evening snacks and Dinner will served at Homestay.

Day 3

Visit Lamahatta Takdah Tinchuley

Wake up in the morning and have delicious breakfast. After that proceed to visit Lamahatta Eco Park, Tinchuley Tea Garden, Peshok Tea Garden, Lover's Point, Jorebunglow, Ghum Station. After that proceed to Darjeeling Hotel. After check in procedure you are free for rest of the day. At evening you can stroll to Darjeeling Mall Rd. Night stay at Darjeeling.

Day 4

Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

On the fourth day of the journey, wake up in the early morning and get ready to explore the queen of hills Darjeeling. First we will start the day with the most demanding view point and that is Tiger Hill to witness the Sun rise and get the beautiful view of the Mt. kanchenjunga. From there, on the way visit Ghum monastery, Ghum station, Batasia Loop and back to the hotel . Have breakfast at the hotel and proceed to rest local sightseeing of Darjeeling. On the way places to visit will be Darjeeling station, Darjeeling zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Peace Pagoda, Ropeway, Japanese Temple, Tenzing Norgay Rock. Day 5

Darjeeling To NJP/Bagdogra

After morning breakfast proceed to NJP/Bagdogra with a sweet memory of Darjeeling via Lepchajagat, Gopal dara Tea Estate, Simana View Point, Mirik Lake.

  • Aikatan Tours & Travels reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition, or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
  • If the planned tour route gets changed due to political insurgency or natural calamity and if the driver/car/hotel charges extra for alternate route to reach the destination, then the tourists should pay the extra cost.
  • All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
  • Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
  • Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
  • Usage of the swimming pool at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.
  • The exact location will be shared with you post-booking.
  • Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort or during tour will be charged at actuals.
  • All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
  • If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Aikatan Tours & Travels will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age
  • The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
  • Any kind of Monumental charges are not included in the package.
  • Because of any reason, political, natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
